Welcome to the Diversity Workforce Coalition (DWC), a nonprofit entity comprised of businesses throughout the region whose goal is to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace through education, networking, and training.

The DWC was established in 2012 with the selfless assistance from dedicated Board Members and other volunteers and promises to emerge as a central source of information and resources in all manner of diversity.

As business organizations have become more diverse and the global environment within which all operate requires a diverse workforce to remain competitive, the importance of acquiring and maintaining a vibrant and diverse workforce is apparent. No matter where your offices are located, the DWC will address the many issues raised with the need of having a diverse workforce and will be responsive to the varied needs of its members, allowing the organization to adapt as our definition of diversity evolves and the needs of members change.

This is your organization, created to assist and promote a diverse workforce for the business environment  and community within which we operate.
